Well goodbye to Russ Ward and Neil Davidson, 2 of our former Chairmen and fantastic members of Table.  No doubt we shall see them very soon for our social and business events (in fact they are booked in to April 2010’s so no respite yet).  Back to Chuck Out night, we started at the Weatherspoon’s pub for bargain beer and memories of Neil and Russ’s immense contribution to our club, which took a few seconds.  We then trekked all the way to the Big Apple for some Lazerquest, checked in, queued up, went up the stairs to lock and load, then went down the stairs to empty full beer bladders.  30 minutes later with sweat pouring off exhausted unfit soldiers men the results were in.  When they say size matters it certainly does for Lazerquest.  Jon Smurf Jacobs won hands down with Martin “smallest at the front Martin” Bates an easy second.  After much gloating by those under 5” we went onto Jaipur for an excellent Curry, beer and speeches.  There was much wailing and gnashing of teeth during the speeches but only because the poppadoms had run out. Once again, thanks to Neil Davidson and Russ Ward as we send them off to graze in the 41 Club’s pasture.
