RT64 Euromeeting 2012

The Euro 64 weekend is June 22nd to 24th 2012

Tablers and ex-Tablers from all No 64 clubs are welcome to join us for a fantastic party weekend.

Itinerary for the weekend is:

Friday Afternoon - arrival and registration - meet your hosts - a welcome drink (or two) and a surprise challenge

Friday Night - Barn Dance with called set dances and traditional English "Pie & Mash" Supper - dress code is casual

Saturday Day time - Boat trip down the Thames to Hampton Court with English Fish and Chips for lunch followed by some "Olympic" outdoor fun games  - dress code is casual/Table shirts

Saturday Night - "Movie Night" fancy dress gala party with live band and dancing - dress code is National Costume or Fancy Dress

Sunday Morning - Traditional Banner Brunch for exchange of gifts and banners.

Price for the weekend is €220 per person payable on booking, which includes accommodation with hosts and all food and drink (soft drinks, beer, cider and wine) for the weekend.
